We ship our products by ACS and Travel Express to all Cities in Cyprus, deliveries are made to pick up points except for limited service areas defined by ACS and Travel Express

Deliveries are made within 3-5 working days of the order.

Shipping in Cyprus is calculated by the rates provided by ACS and Travel express.

After the Order Confirmation and in case a specific product is temporarily out of stock, Epipedo Art & Design shall inform the customer accordingly. The customer shall have the option either to receive the specific product when it becomes available again or to cancel the order and receive a full refund. The customer could alternatively buy another similar product.

Offers are valid until stocks lasts.

Any differences in color of the product photos could be due to the lighting of the photo and/or the settings and specifications of the Users’ monitor.

Our Distribution centers does not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
